Yes. Every action is saved on the phone at once — sign-ups, check-ins and payments — and synced with the server when the connection is back, without duplicates.
One phone for the owner is enough. You can add devices for staff within your plan's limits.
On WhatsApp, automatically from the gym's number on plans with automatic sending — or staff share it by hand from the app on any plan.
It's a trial for now: messages go from the gym's number through an unofficial service, and WhatsApp may ban the number, so use a number dedicated to the gym. The official paid channel comes later.
No. The phone app runs the whole gym.
